ok...maybe not.

So our renter had to back out of the contract and gave us a month and a half notice.

So we're back to having no idea. We need to sell our house before we go because we are NOT going to be dealing with this sort of thing from 18 hours away. So if you would pray that we find a buyer (and quickly) so we can be free of that. Then we'll go from there.

In the meantime, there are still 7 families who HAVE moved to Pensacola and need your support as well. Prayer, Encouragment, Financial....what ever you can do.

So we're shooting for August.
That's right folks! We're tentatively setting a tentative date for mid August. And I say tentatively because God is STILL in control and I don't know what his schedule looks like.
But as ever, we'll keep you posted.

Things are happening...

There's a shift in the wind. Little changes are taking place. God is moving. Be willing. Be ready.

Baby steps...

So we have moved in with our new, gracious hosts, Ben & Katy Watts.
We have a new mailing address and our belongings are, once again, spread over a number of miles(with part here and part back in our garage). We are renting out our house to a young man who plans to save for a year and then purchase our home. We are blessed to be a part of this new journey in his life and hope HE is in turn blessed. It was hard for us to get into our house. Without the help and grace from my Aunt & Uncle and experience and understanding from a great mortgage guy ( David Ransdell @ Capital Mortgage) it would not have happened. Thanks God for orchestrating everything!
As for now, we're still in Tulsa, taking baby steps towards our new home...Pensacola, FL.

The lastest

We had planned to move 04.11.09 but didn't get the packing done that we needed to. We're close...oh so close. We'll be spending our Easter Sunday packing, packing, packing. We have to have it all packed and moved and the house cleaned by Friday because our new renters are moving in on Saturday. Yikes!
Our friends Tony & Alisha are in town for the week. They are a part of The Harbor and have already moved their family to Pensacola. Wednesday we're all getting together to have dinner and fellowship. And then on Friday there is a baby shower for Alisha. It's a girl! This will be their third child. Yay God!
So a busy week for the Pomeroy family.

The latest on the house

Boy did it get chilly over night! 

Well, today two of they guys that will be renting are bringing some stuff over. This week we will be packing up hard core and plan to move out on Saturday, 11th.  We will be moving in with our gracious hosts, Ben & Katy Watts. For now the plan is to stay with them until they sell their house and then we'll move to Pensacola together.
